If you are enrolled in Seller Fulfilled Prime and the Prime badge does not appear on Amazon, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Confirm your SKU or ASIN is not displaying a Prime badge on the product detail page when viewing with a Prime customer account.
If you turned the Prime badge off, confirm that the Enable/Disable Prime option is on by going to Settings, Shipping Settings, General Shipping Settings, and then Control Prime order volume.
Confirm that your standard-sized products are on Prime shipping templates with nationwide coverage (nationwide coverage includes only the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia). The Prime badge will be removed from SKUs of standard-size products whose templates do not have nationwide coverage. You can download the list of your ineligible SKUs in the Prime Eligibility Defect report. Assign these SKUs to Prime shipping templates with nationwide coverage to automatically re-enroll your SKUs in SFP. official email address with the details.
Review the delivery promise for your offer. In some cases, we may remove the Prime badge when the delivery time does not meet Prime customers’ expectation of fast delivery times.If you see “FREE shipping for Prime members” or “Prime FREE delivery” on your offer and no Prime badge, the delivery promise is likely to be slow. This experience applies to offers from both Amazon and sellers.
