A buyer wants to return a product for a refund. What are my options?

What is the prepaid returns program?

Amazon authorizes U.S. returns that fall within Amazon’s returns policy for all seller-fulfilled orders. We will provide buyers with prepaid return shipping labels on your behalf.

How shall I contact a buyer regarding returns and refunds?
