Home Entry Compliance Policy

Protecting customer trust and safety is our top priority. Amazon requires that any individual with access to our customers’ homes are background checked and verified in accordance with Amazon’s Personnel Requirements. If you need an exception to this policy, you can:

• Enroll in the Amazon Local Selling program where we can help with background check and verification tools for qualified sellers and their employed Technicians; or
• Have Amazon deliver your items

Entering a customer’s home without having met one of these requirements is a policy violation that may result in a restriction of your ability to sell using Amazon’s online store.
