Error 8102

Catalog data does not exist for SKU [%s]. For more details, see http://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/24561

If you receive this error after uploading an inventory file, there is likely another error blocking the addition of your product to the Amazon.com catalog. As a result, the image processor is unable to associate the image you referenced with an existing product. This error goes away when you address the other product data errors.

If you receive this error after submitting a product image data feed (XML), the referenced SKU does not correspond with an existing product in the Amazon.com catalog. One of three conditions is likely the case:

  1. You have not submitted a product data feed for this SKU.
  2. Previous errors in your product data feeds prevented the addition of this SKU to the catalog.
  3. The SKU in your product image data feed is wrong.
This error goes away after you correct the SKU or you successfully add the SKU to the Amazon.com catalog using a product data feed.
