|Respond by & Status||After a business customer submits a request, you have 48 hours to respond and
set a discount. At the Respond by date, customers are notified about all new
quantity discounts offered by Amazon Business sellers.
Response needed: You have not yet responded to this request.
Responded: You have responded to this request by setting a quantity discount before the respond by date.
Past due: You did not respond to this request before the respond by date. You can still respond to customer requests after this date; however, the customer that submitted this request will not be notified. Setting a discount after the respond by date can still help increase your chances of making a sale to other business customers.
The number of units a customer has requested using the product detail page.
|Available inventory||Your current available inventory, exclusive of inbound, FC transfer, reserved,
and unfulfillable inventory.
Note: If your inventory is lower than the number of units the customer has requested, there will be a warning sign next to your available inventory. To make your quantity discount available for the requested quantity, please add inventory.
|Lowest offer per
unit for requested qty
|The lowest price per unit in the marketplace for the requested quantity.
Seller’s shipping charges will be added on top of this price.
Note: The lowest total price per unit for the requested quantity may be lower than the single unit standard price if the seller with the lowest offer has set business pricing or quantity discounts.
Your price per unit
|Your lowest total price per unit. Your shipping charges will be added on top
of this price.
Note: Your lowest total price per unit for the requested quantity may be lower than your single unit standard price if you have set business pricing or quantity discounts.
discount: Allows you to set a new quantity discount.
Edit discount: Allows you to edit an existing quantity discount.
Decline: If you are not interested in setting a quantity discount, you can decline a request to have it permanently removed from your customer request history.
