If you offer One-Day Delivery, you must maintain all of the eligibility requirements to continue to provide the shipping option.
If your performance metrics fall below the established thresholds, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility. In this case, One-Day Delivery will be disabled on your offers, and your status will change to "Not eligible" on the Premium Shipping Eligibility tool. You will be unable to offer One-Day Delivery as a shipping option for 30 days.

If we have previously revoked One-Day Delivery from your account and you continue to fail to meet the requirements for a trailing 90 days, we might remove you from Premium Shipping options. At this stage, we’ll request you to provide us with a plan of action to improve your performance. In such a case, your status will change to "Restricted" in the Premium Shipping Eligibility tool.
