To qualify for One-Day Delivery, you must have sold on Amazon for at least the last 90 days.
Additionally, customers expect quick package delivery, so you must also maintain the requirements for the following metrics. If you don't meet these requirements, One-Day Delivery may be disabled on your offers.
Deliver at least 95% of One-Day Delivery orders on or before the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD).
One-Day Delivery will show an EDD that is one or two business days after the date of order, regardless of your specified handling time. Orders that you receive Monday-Friday before 1:00 p.m., will show an EDD that is one business day after the order date. Orders that you receive after 1:00 p.m. on a business day, or on a weekend or holiday, will show an EDD that is two business days after the date of order.
Ship at least 99% of One-Day Delivery orders on or before Expected Ship Date.
One-Day Delivery will show an Expected Ship Date that is one or two business days after the date of order, regardless of your specified handling time. Orders that you receive Monday-Friday before 2:00 p.m., will show an Expected Ship Date that is the order date. Orders that you receive after 2:00 p.m. on a business day, or on a weekend or holiday, will show an Expected Ship Date that is one business day after the date of order.
Use a trackable shipping method and provide valid tracking IDs with a minimum of a 94% tracking rate on Premium Ship Orders (Same-Day, One-Day and Two-Day Delivery Orders). Amazon assesses eligibility to offer Premium Shipping options based on the past 30 days. Tracking numbers are only considered valid if they have at least one carrier scan recorded.
Use UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service (USPS), or OnTrac to deliver orders placed with One-Day Delivery.
Maintain the following standards:
Less than 1.5%
Ten or more in the trailing 30 days across all shipping options.
You can view performance metrics specific to your One-Day Delivery eligibility on the Customer Satisfaction page in the Premium Shipping Eligibility tool. This tool shows your eligibility status to offer One-Day Delivery and your performance metrics. If you are eligible and would like to offer One-Day Delivery, go to Shipping Settings, and then activate One-Day Delivery on a shipping template.
If your performance metrics are below the minimum and you improve them to meet the requirements, your status will change to "Eligible" in the Premium Shipping Eligibility tool. One-Day Delivery will once again be a shipping option for your offers. For more information, see One-Day Delivery "Not eligible" status.
