DHL Mexico Terms and Conditions and Shipping Instructions

By purchasing shipment labels from DHL Mexico you agree to DHL Mexico’s Terms and Conditions. For any issues and claims, make sure to reach out to DHL Mexico as defined in the Terms and Conditions.

If you purchase a Drop Off shipping label, you are required to drop off your package at a DHL retail store.

Only if you purchase a shipping label including Pick Up can you reach out to DHL to request pick up of your package.

To schedule a pick-up, call the DHL hot line 01-800-SOLO-DHL (7656-345) or 55-5345-7040. We recommend you to wait 15-20 minutes after buying the label before calling DHL.

If you ship frequently, you might be eligible for daily or weekly scheduled pick-ups to be set through your DHL representative.

Make sure to package your shipments correctly to ensure correct shipping.

Make sure you comply with the carrier’s rules on hazmat shipments.
