When you enable a shipping template for Seller Fulfilled Prime, the template will automatically configure the default minimum settings, including removing the Expedited Shipping option and requiring free Standard Shipping to the continental United States (the lower 48 states). You can also add optional shipping methods such as Free Economy or International shipping options or edit certain seller-set ship rates (see Table 1 below) at this time.
Table 1 details what customers will have to pay for all Amazon Prime Shipping methods.

Two-Day Shipping is currently only available to Prime customers in the continental United States. Prime sellers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Protectorates must offer free Standard Shipping instead of free Two-Day Delivery. Prime customers expect to receive a differentiated level of service as part of their membership, so Two-Day Shipping and Same-Day Delivery should not be free for non-Prime members.
On Prime-enabled shipping templates, Two-Day Shipping options are only available for Prime-enabled regions. Regions that are not configured for Prime shipping benefits can’t be enabled for Two-Day Shipping. Non-Prime regions in the continental United States are still required to offer free Standard Shipping.
Sellers must operate six days a week for pick-up and delivery. Seller Fulfilled Prime orders with Two-Day Delivery have a two business day promise.

Standard-size products on a Prime shipping template must offer nationwide delivery coverage (nationwide coverage includes only the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia). You can see which products are standard-size or oversize in Manage Seller Fulfilled Prime. For more information, see the SFP Item Size, Weights and Dimensions Help page.
When customers select Standard or Free Economy shipping for your products that are assigned to a Prime shipping template, the handling time (fulfillment latency) will be 1 business day, regardless of the time of day when the order is placed. This means that any custom lead time you have set will be ignored for products on Prime shipping templates, even when shipping to non-Prime regions, and the promised ship date and promised delivery date for orders with non-Premium ship options will be delayed by one business day.
Seller Fulfilled Prime orders where the customer selects Two-Day or Same-Day Delivery are expected to ship on the day the order is received every Monday through Saturday or Sunday, as long as the customer places the order before your cutoff time. To review cutoff times, visit Requirements for Two-Day Shipping, and Same-Day Delivery cutoff times. Orders received after the cutoff time will be promised to ship the next business day.
As noted above in the section “Non-Premium Shipping Options for Prime offers,” orders where the customer selects Standard Shipping or Free Economy will be promised to ship on the next business day, regardless of the time the order is placed.
Shipping dates are based on business days Monday through Friday (not calendar days), excluding the following U.S. holidays:
