These Amazon Launchpad (AL) program terms, which replace the Amazon Brand Incubator Terms, supplement your seller agreement.

AL is a full-service program that supports entrepreneurs and startup companies that sell and deliver innovative products to Amazon customers. We provide tools and services such as onboarding support, marketing consultations, and global expansion opportunities to help brands maximize their success on Amazon.

If you sell certain products exclusively on Amazon and your own branded websites or physical stores, you can receive additional benefits for those products. This includes participation in additional marketing opportunities and proactive brand protection.
To apply to AL: (i) you must be a new seller to Amazon, meaning you listed your first product on Amazon less than 12 months ago and your brand has generated less than $1 million in gross merchandise sales; and (ii) you must be the brand owner of all products you list on Amazon. At all times during your participation in AL: (i) customer orders for your product(s) must be fulfilled using Fulfillment by Amazon or Seller Fulfilled Prime; and (ii) your account must be in good standing.

The terms of your minimum commitment and right to cancel your participation in AL are outlined here.
We may in our sole discretion waive, suspend, or terminate any feature of AL at any time or waive the requirements for AL. We retain sole discretion in determining what is included in brand support. If your participation in AL is terminated, we will no longer provide you with AL services.
