Directly providing fitment data to Amazon Automotive requires integration as a fitment data provider, which utilizes Amazon's Seller Central as a pipeline for transferring fitment/application/ACES data. As a seller, you will need a separate Seller Central account from your main account to submit fitment data. You can also choose to send fitment data indirectly to Amazon through a 3rd party fitment data provider. Fitment data is submitted via .xml feeds in the ACES format and flows through a number of systems, the last of which matches fitment data to product data in Amazon's catalog. The tool, which sends data to Amazon, is called the Amazon Merchant Transport Utility (AMTU). This is the only tool through which Amazon receives fitment data and we do not edit this data once it is in our system. We can only delete fitment records.
It is important to understand that Amazon accepts fitment data from a number of sources. Therefore, do not expect that the fitment data you provide will necessarily be the only fitment data shown for a given product.
Amazon prefers to receive fitment data either directly from a manufacturer/brand owner or from a manufacturer/brand owner approved 3rd party data provider. Not all sellers who request to become a direct fitment data provider to Amazon will be accepted. This decision is at the discretion of the Amazon Automotive Part Finder team. In instances where fitment data is not available from either of the two aforementioned sources, then Amazon will consider sourcing fitment data from other entities.
If you would like to submit fitment data to Amazon, please review this page: Providing ACES Data to Amazon Automotive. This page provides further details about the following:
Newly uploaded fitment data may take up to 1 week to match to products that already exist on Amazon. If you are uploading fitment data to match to newly created products on Amazon, it may take as long as 3 weeks for changes to reflect.
If you have followed all the instructions in the Providing ACES Data to Amazon Automotive file, waited the requisite amount of time, and still do not see fitment data on your ASINs, then navigate to Contact us in Seller Central and follow the steps mentioned below:

If you are selling collision parts, you can upload Partslink numbers or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part numbers as product attributes to your ASINs. Partslink is a universal parts numbering system for the identification of aftermarket collision replacement parts. If you add either of these number types to your ASINs, they will map to fitment data in our database and result in fitment data being added to your ASINs. Learn more about the Partslink numbering system at the following website: https://www.partslink.org/.
