Sellers must meet the following requirements before listing Musical Instruments products not originally intended for sale in the U.S. (referred to here as international Musical Instruments products):
Amazon assumes that all products sold in the Musical Instruments category on Amazon.com are originally intended for sale in the U.S. It is the seller's responsibility to clearly identify international Musical Instruments products by adding the following phrases, verbatim, to the product titles of all such items as applicable based on whether or not the international product is covered by a warranty:
International Version (No Warranty)
Sellers must disclose the warranty type for each international Musical Instruments product that they list, indicating whether it is a manufacturer's warranty or their own warranty
All Musical Instruments products must comply with condition guidelines, both the general guidelines and those for the Musical Instruments category.
For international Musical Instruments products without warranties only, an item may be listed as "New" if it meets the following requirements:
The title and the listing comments clearly state that the product is not eligible for the manufacturer's full U.S. warranty.
The listing otherwise complies with all of the condition guidelines for a "New" Musical Instruments product.
International versions should support English as a language option and include step by step instructions in English on how to change language settings.
All international Musical Instruments products must have a U.S. compatible power plug, if applicable.
All international Musical Instruments products must meet North America product safety standards. With limited exceptions, UPCs are required for all major brand products in the Musical Instruments category
