For shipments that use Send/replenish inventory, preparation guidance appears on the Prepare products tab. The specific attributes of your products determine what kind of product prep is required.
If you believe the prep requirements for one or more of your products are incorrect, you can request an investigation.
To request a prep investigation, do the following:
