Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) fulfills orders for any of your sales channels at the same ship speeds as FBA. For more information, visit our program page.
MCF ships orders at 1-day (Priority), 2-day (Expedited), and Standard ship speeds. These are the same ship speeds used by FBA to fulfill orders for Amazon.com customers. MCF also offers exports (cross-border shipments to a customer in another country), but only for books, music, videos, and DVDs.
Create MCF orders through our quick order form or API integrations with providers like Shopify, ChannelAdvisor, ShipStation, WooCommerce, and more.
MCF charges fulfillment fees for domestic orders and export orders. To preview your MCF fees, use our Fee Calculator.
Currently, most MCF orders ship in Amazon-branded packaging. We are now working to bring non-Amazon packaging ("blank box") as an option for all MCF orders. See the program page for more details.
You are eligible for reimbursement on your MCF orders if we determine they have been lost or damaged. Check the status of your existing reimbursements by viewing Fulfillment or Payments reports.
Lost
If your order is not delivered within seven days after the estimated delivery date, you are eligible to file for lost reimbursement by contacting Selling Partner Support. Orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for reimbursement.
The reimbursement amount is calculated according to the FBA inventory reimbursement policy. Amazon reimburses you, not the customer. It is your responsibility to resolve the issue with the customer.
Damaged
If your order is damaged in transit to your customer, you are eligible to file for damaged reimbursement by contacting Selling Partner Support. In order to receive a reimbursement, you must provide photographic proof of the damaged item or items.
MCF supports returns to Amazon fulfillment centers. You can generate a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and track the status of your return by checking your order details page under Orders. For FBA customer returns, you can track the status in the Returns report. See the MCF program page for more details.
