Recalled products

Important: If you supply products for sale on Amazon, you must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and Amazon policies applicable to those products and product listings.

Amazon wants to ensure that products offered through the website are safe. Listings for any products recalled by the manufacturer, another recalling firm, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (USDA-FSIS), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or another regulatory agency, are prohibited.
