Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) offers a variety of features and services to help you manage and grow your business. Resources include quick reference guides and video tutorials. FBA fees cover these costs:
Inventory storage in the EU includes VAT obligations. For more information, visit Europe tax and regulatory considerations.

Customer service for FBA orders: Amazon provides customer service on your behalf when you sell products through FBA.
Virtual product bundles: Brand owners can combine 2 to 5 related ASINs, which are then sold together from a single detail page. You can then offer the bundles without packaging items together or changing the inventory that you ship to Amazon.
Sales reports for virtual product bundles: Brand owners can easily manage this inventory without keeping track of new ASINs or SKUs.
Scan & Label: Scan & Label lets you scan your products with a barcode scanner. You can then print and apply labels one at a time, making it easier to label units properly.
FBA prep investigation: If you believe prep requirements don’t apply to your product, you can ask us to investigate.
Fulfillment program portals: This Help page provides portal links to popular FBA programs such as Subscribe & Save and Small and Light.
