The following information is provided on the downloadable report for quantity discount requests.

Column name Description
Respond By After a business customer submits a request, you have 48 hours to respond and set a discount. At the Respond by date, customers are notified about all new quantity discounts offered by Amazon Business sellers.
Status

Response needed: You have not yet responded to this request.

Responded: You have responded to this request by setting a quantity discount before the respond by date.

Past due: You did not respond to this request before the respond by date. You can still respond to customer requests after this date; however, the customer that submitted this request will not be notified. Setting a discount after the respond by date can still help increase your chances of making a sale to other business customers.

Requested Qty The number of units a customer has requested using the product detail page.
Available Inventory

Your current available inventory, exclusive of inbound, FC transfer, reserved, and unfulfillable inventory.

Note: If your inventory is lower than the number of units the customer has requested, there will be a warning sign next to your available inventory. To make your quantity discount available for the requested quantity, add inventory.

Lowest offer per unit The lowest price per unit in the marketplace for the requested quantity. Seller's shipping charges will be added on top of this price.
Note: The lowest total price per unit for the requested quantity can be lower than the single unit standard price if the seller with the lowest offer has set business pricing or quantity discounts.
Your price per unit Your lowest total price per unit. Your shipping charges will be added on top of this price.

Total value of request Lowest Quantity multiplied by the Lowest Price per unit
Business Price Optional: A discounted price available to Amazon Business customers regardless of the quantity purchased. Your business price must be less than or equal to your standard price. If your business price is higher than your standard price, your business price will be deactivated.
Quantity Discount Type This represents the discount model you want to use (fixed or percent). With a fixed model, you can have determined prices for each discount tier. With a percent model, you can have percent discounts for each tier. The percent discounts are calculated based on your business price.
Quantity Lower Bound 1 Lower-bounds represent the quantity at which a discount becomes active. There can be up to five tiers in the rows labeled quantity-lower-bound1 through quantity-lower-bound5.
Quantity Price 1 The price per item that you want to charge in the Quantity Lower Bound 1
Quantity Lower Bound 2 Optional: Quantity Lower Bound 2 should be greater than Lower Bound 1
Quantity Price 2 Optional: Each consecutive quantity-price must be lower than the last
Quantity Lower Bound 3 Optional: Quantity Lower Bound 2 should be greater than Lower Bound 2
Quantity Price 3 Optional: Each consecutive quantity-price must be lower than the last
Quantity Lower Bound 4 Optional: Quantity Lower Bound 2 should be greater than Lower Bound 3
Quantity Price 4 Optional: Each consecutive quantity-price must be lower than the last
Quantity Lower Bound 5 Optional: Quantity Lower Bound 2 should be greater than Lower Bound 4
Quantity Price 5 Optional: Each consecutive quantity-price must be lower than the last
Total Requests The total of all the requests with "response needed"
Total Requested Quantity The total of the requested quantities for all the requests with "response needed"
Max Requested Quantity The maximum requested quantity per requests for all requests with "response needed"
Min Requested Quantity The minimum requested quantity per requests for all requests with "response needed"
Avg Requested Quantity The average requested quantity for all the requests with "response needed"
Total Requests The total of all the requests in the last six months
Total Requested Quantity The total of the requested quantities for all the requests in the last six months.
Average Requested Quantity The average requested quantity for all the requests in the last six months.
