As a Maker, your handmade Clothing, Shoes, and Accessories products must adhere to the
following guidelines:

All products must adhere to Amazon’s general policies and agreements.

All products must adhere to the Category, product, and listing
restrictions.

All products must meet the overall Amazon Handmade: Category Listing Policies
& Requirements.

Apparel that is designed and applied by you using production methods like screen
printing, press printing, or heat transfer are allowed.

Reselling is not allowed in the Handmade store; items for sale must either be new or
newly created.

Upcycling or embellishment of clothing, accessories, and new/never worn shoes is
permitted.

Selling of embellished branded products is allowed with documented permissions from the
intellectual property owner if you use the brand name in the listing title or description; for example,
Converse, Levi's, or Nike.

We do not allow any used, counterfeit, trademark-infringing, replica, or
knock-off products and/or imagery on Handmade.

If using an embroidery machine, it must be done in your home studio or workspace.

Manufacturing of items cannot be outsourced. For example, sewing and printing of artwork
on apparel items must be done by you, the maker, or your employees.

Enamel pins are allowed if the mold and design are created by you.

If you supply products for sale on Amazon, you must comply with all federal, state, and
local laws and Amazon policies applicable to those products and product listings. For Children’s Products and Children’s School Supplies, review those policies for
more details.

All products must comply with all laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where they
are sold.

Adult products must comply with the Adult products policies &
guidelines and must be flagged as Adult.
