Supply Chain Standards

Amazon expects all products that are sold in the Amazon Store or provided to Amazon to be manufactured or produced in accordance with Amazon’s Supply Chain Standards. Our standards include the Amazon Supplier Code of Conduct, which requires that products be manufactured in safe, healthy, and inclusive work environments.

If Amazon becomes aware that products may be manufactured in unsafe or exploitative conditions, we may contact you for the following information:

  1. Demonstration of policies that align with Amazon’s Supply Chain Standards.
  2. Examples of your social auditing protocols, processes for assessing facility working conditions, or participation in an approved industry association that requires factory monitoring.
  3. Knowledge of, and ability to provide, factory information for where your products are produced or manufactured.
  4. Confirmation that products sold in the Amazon Store, or provided to Amazon, are not sourced from factories where there are demonstrated failures to meet the expectations outlined in Amazon’s Supply Chain Standards. This includes but is but not limited to:
