If you do not want an offer connected to a target marketplace, you can exclude it at the
marketplace level. Excluding products is done at the SKU level. A SKU is assigned by you or
automatically generated when you create a product offer.
Excluding a product has the following impact if a connection exists:
Your offer on the target marketplace will
still be active, but it will not be synchronized based on price changes to an offer on
the source marketplace.
The tool will not automatically update prices
in the target marketplace based on exchange rate fluctuations.
To exclude your offer:
Using Build International Listings, create a connection between the
source and target marketplace.
Go to Build International
Click Connection settings.
Click Edit next to Exclusions.
If you have set up a second source marketplace, you will need to select the source
marketplace for which you want to exclude offers using the marketplace switcher at the
top of the page before you proceed.
Select the target marketplace you want to exclude offers from on the left side of the
A window is available at the top of the page where you can enter a SKU or
a list of SKUs that you want to exclude from the target marketplace. Please note you
must do this for each target marketplace where you want to exclude your offer. There is
a limit of 1,000 SKUs that can be processed to exclude at a time.
Click Exclude offers.
Changes to your offers should only be made in the source marketplace. This allows Build
International Listings to update offers in the target marketplaces. If you make any change
in the target marketplace (for example, if you change the price of an offers or delete an
offer), the connection for the offer between the marketplaces will be broken. When a
connection is broken, it will have the same effect as when you exclude the SKU. The SKU
will be added to your exclusion list so you can reconnect it.
