Hi all happy new year

Buyer filed A to Z claim
After we have communicated
About a return label which I sent
To her

But she said it was a mistake that she filed
The claim
But never with drew it and
I asked her too... I responded to
The claim with evidence I sent her the label
Plus telling them she said it was a mistake!

Amazon Gave her the Refund
With out her returning the item
And after I sent the return label

Now Buyer has not sent back
The item and stopped communicating

This is very sad how amazon handles
Things and I lose money .... I think
This buyer wanted to get the item free

What Can I do about this

Thank you

You can do nothing about this now. It's over and done with. Amazon made their decision.

What was the buyer's complaint about the item?

Your situation is not a sad one as you stated. You were at fault because you did not either understand the A-Z claim process, or understand EVERY rule Amazon for each type of return claim.

Sorry for your loss but Amazon won a loyal custom who will bite Amazon eventually. I am sure Amazon won't be happy until then and will take some action but I hope we can all survive for that day.

And you sent her a PREPAID return label?

Sorry to ask so many questions, but I'm trying to understand the details.

If she was claiming Item Not As Described, it would be appropriate to send a prepaid return label because the buyer is considered not at fault in this situation.

You would then defend against the claim by stating that you sent a prepaid label which the buyer received (and copy the text from the buyer's message into your defense--Amazon won't go and look it up), and now you are waiting for the item's return.

It's too late now to do that. The decision has already been made.
