How do I handle this?

In reviewing my credit card statement it appears that there was a duplicate charge for $9.39. I have to assume it came from you on order #. The duplicate charge was processed on March 6. Can you verify and refund the duplicate amount?

We get emails like this all the time and reply with something like this:
