Recently i met a problem is that buyer denied he had placed an order.
But actually he did,and then we sent it to his address form China to America,it cost about 150 dollars.And package have come to local FedEx but buyer didn't response our email (FedEx said buyer refuse to receive)and phone,he only responded FedEx he didn't know this order.I feel hopeless we met this kind of buyer,for this case ,we lost much money on delivery with no profit,even we would need to accept full refund to buyer..(thought he hadn't place a refund request)At least we lost 600 dollars,,feel down,

There is a bigger problem

You don't understand Amazon policy
IF you sell on the USA platform (.COM) and you ship from overseas, the seller must
  • Pay all freight charged
  • Prepay all taxes and customs clearing charges
  • Provide a Return address in the USA for buyer returns OR pay all international return shipping, even in the case of buyer discretionary returns

This means that a USA customer can decide they don't like the color, or change their mind, and YOU are still obligated to pay for return shipping to China.

You are going to lose a lot of money if you do not understand the policies.

Shipping or drop shipping from offshore works mostly for items that are small enough to ship mail or ePacket, that customers are willing to wait 14 - 21 days for, under the de minimus value for customs charges, and cheap enough for the seller to abandon rather than pay return shipping.

Offering expedited or air shipping, offering expensive products, or offering heavy/bulky products from offshore are stunningly bad ideas because they create huge downside risks for the seller.

When you receive the item back, you must refund the customer.

However, you do not need to refund the amount paid by buyer for shipping.

I would authorize FEDEX to return package to you. I realize this is additional expense, but at least you will not be out the cost of the contents (if your cost of the contents were over the $150.00 return shipping).
