hello everyone does everyone ever has the problem like me. please help me out i not good english and really frustrated.
I am company distributors and sell company mlm products. Amazon say remove my sell privilege because I sell fake products but i never get any message from the buyer regards to this.
I don't even know there is fake nu skin toothpaste on the market. I provide receipt and invoice to amazon by reply email amazon send to me. But I still get the same request from amazon for 3 days straight now, the same message send to me 2-3 times per day.
I did submit invoice and receipts to amazon review 6 times.
The question i have is how can I know i send to correct email? Is anyone know what email I suppose to send to amazon. or there is phone we can call in ?
