Hi,

I have created an account for sellercentral API and it works well with EU endpoint. However, the same doesn't work with NA endpoint.

I cannot seem to address this issue. Please help with the below.

1. I am told that the same account(email) can be used for both regions.
2. The APPID, ClientID and secret that I curuently have is workign well will Amazon EU end point but NOT for NA end point.

What do I need to do to get access to NA endpoint for this clientID/secret?

Hi Raghu

Can you tell us what sellercentral api's you are trying to call with your EU client ids?

Can you also tell us your EU ClientId (just the clientId will be sufficient) for us to investigate more?

Please also tell us what product you are trying to integrate with for "I am told that the same account(email) can be used for both regions." so that we can connect to you with the right group for help.

I am trying to connect to my clients data (1 client is in EU and another client is in NA(US) )
