Why are we judged so heavily on feedback, WHEN NO ONE LEAVES FEEDBACK?

by Seller_QGSR9jaRRGmYe

4,000 Sales in 2017 and 194 customers took the time to leave a feedback.
Amazon, you really need to rethink this feedback debacle !

Yes, I have the same issue. I’ve done about 1,000 transactions since the first of this year when I started up and I have 6 feedbacks…

We had a lot more sales with even less feedback than you. This year no one is leaving feedback.

You are running about 5% feedback which is above average.

I am also selling thousands of items and all I get is a few feedbacks per month.

I’ve had 1200 sales since the first of the year with 22 feedbacks. I was getting a lot last week (5 in two days) but it has stopped again.

Amazon should go back to the old days of letting buyers record “Likes” on the product detail page

That’s actually pretty good. I move anywhere from 1000 - 1200 items a day that are in the $20 price range and only average 4-5 reviews per day. That is less than 0.5%. Your ratio of reviews to sales is almost 5%.

Your ODR is calculated based on your neg feedback divided by your TOTAL number of ORDERS, not feedbacks.

That said, if you’re talking about judging by customers, who see you have a 50% positive rating because of one negative feedback, and decide not to purchase, I’m with you!

The reason is Amazon relies on the opinions of scammers and thieves, then uses the feedback to use as leverage against the seller. Amazon is NOT seller friendly!
