I am writing to respectfully request the reactivation of my Amazon account. I have submitted all the required documents, and I am unsure why my account has not yet been verified. I would like to clarify that I have never sold any products on Amazon and was simply in the process of setting up my account for business use. All the documents clearly show my name and address, which match the information on my Amazon account. The utility bills are recent (issued within the last 90 days), clear, unaltered, and in PDF format as required. The utility bills i have provided can be verified via the official websites. I have provided my Passport, ID Card and Driving License along with the utility bills, yet the documents are not being verified. The verification process has become quite lengthy and mentally exhausting. If needed, I am more than willing to complete video call verification to further confirm my identity and the authenticity of the documents provided.
I would highly appreciate it if the amazon team could kindly look into my account and help resolve the ongoing issue. It has now been over two months without resolution, and I would be grateful for your urgent attention to this matter.
