Amazon couldn't find anything wrong to justify closing my account, so now they're adding new issues, which is very frustrating and unprofessional. Their communication lacks transparency, and the customer service has been terrible. They asked me to submit a Plan of Action, which I did, but every time I receive the same generic response. I honestly believe they are not even reviewing the documents I’ve submitted, or their customer service team is simply not qualified to handle these cases properly.

anybody seen asins being blocked from auto replenish from AWD to FBA?

i have some skus that were added to this tab called blocked skus, when you click on fix issue, it shows this message below

"This product has a maximum inventory level and exceeds the allowed quantity. View the maximum inventory level on the Restock Inventory page."

if auto replenish only replenishes when inventory is needed why would it get blocked? if there is excess inventory at FBA then nothing would either way replenish, why a block? what happens if the items start selling more, would the block be removed?

this block does not make any sense and should be removed

I can’t upload my new phone number , requires my ID and I uploaded it 4x and I’m still getting denied and it’s MY ID ! And I’ve uploaded a clear picture of my brand on a product and it is being denied for not showing my brand name clearly when it dies , I’ve uploaded 6 times and they’re is NO SELLER SUPPORT NUMBER at a almost trillion dollar company . This is insane . I used chat 7x with no help , I’ve called 7 times in circles and they’re last guy sent me the Medicare .
