I have a shipment that was delivered on Aug 7, and the backend showed that the shipment completed on Aug 9. Now 9 days have past since it was delivered. They still didn’t check in. What is the matter?

Another shipment was delivered 2 days ago. Also it wasn’t checked in. I shipped to this fulfillment center for many many times. Why they are so inefficient recently?

Does anyone have the same problem as me? Thank you!
