We have applied for Brand Registration, that we own the trademark. We have uploaded the trademark certificate. It is also required to upload a logo, which we have done. However, each and every time, we get the response:

We are unable to approve your application at this time due to the following reason(s):

Brand Name Discrepancy

• Your brand name was not visible on the submitted materials (Product Image, ASIN, and/or URL)

• If an ASIN was provided, the associated brand name does not correspond with your application

• For website submissions, the brand name must exactly match your application

We have supplied this information repeatedly but keep getting the same response. We have asked for specifics, but we do not get any. The uploads have our logo on a sample product. The ASIN we provide has us listed as the brand. What else do they require? What are we doing wrong?

I recently completed a detailed review of return requests from the holiday season and discovered that multiple orders were fully refunded by Amazon, even though the items were never shipped back. I verified this by checking tracking information, which clearly shows no movement.

Most of these refunds are labeled as "Standard Refund", meaning Amazon processed them, not me. Since these return requests came during peak season (when it was impossible to manually check each one), I only found out now—after the 60-day period for safety claims has expired.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there any way to escalate this with Amazon Seller Support, given that these refunds were processed incorrectly? Any advice on preventing this in the future

I do not want to have problems complying with the DAC7, my question is: in addition to having the LLC in USA, I have to be self-employed or SL company in Spain ?
