What is a "Case Log" and How Do You Start a Case?


There are a few minor glitches on my metrics and also on my AZ payments account…

Where is the “Clickable” Button to start a Case on this with Seller Central…I see nothing obvious on seller page.

To open a new case, just click on the “Get Support” button at the bottom of any Seller Central page or try this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/contact-us/contact-amazon-form.html?ref_=xx_contactus_foot_caselog.


We start from the "Contact Seller Support: link on Help pages, then navigate through the selections.

For your problem, Cabin, I’d click “Selling on Amazon issue,” then any of the links in the right-hand popin to release focus back to the left-hand tree, then “Your account” to open the drop-down options selections, then “Other account issues.” Good Luck!


Ever since Amazon stopped allowing sellers to open new cases by phone, we’ve wasted hours following circular Seller Central “Contact Us” links that eventually refer back to themselves without allowing anyone to open a new case.

Here’s a post with the obscure steps that currently allow you to open a new case from your Seller Central page.


FYI…That cleared up a while ago…but updates are very late.
