Amazon is in the swift process of taking over our branded ASIN. We are registered with brand registry and have an official trademark, etc.
We sell this product from our very beginning here- more than a year- and until a day or two, we have sold more or less 20 pcs. of this ‘variation’ on a daily basis.
As for now, ‘Sold by Amazon.com’ is under our listing.
Needless to say, they did not buy from us the bags nor contacted us. Also; they have changed the source of the bag to a different manufacturer, not us. We never heard of this manufacturer.
The latter leads me to that; it seems that they have also took the control on the listing itself; they have started to delete our photos, allowing- in the meantime- only the first, unbranded picture, as opposed to the branded pictures of the interior of the product- where our logo appears.
Brand registry, as it seems, cannot help in such a situation. They claimed that it is between us and other sellers.
With the details’s change and the coming change of the photos, I would not be shocked to find that a test buy is on the way and in which we may certainly fall short, providing that the imitation of our product is taking the claim of the original through the change of the listing itself.
I hope that this is an individual mistake that went too far, and not the way in which Amazon could always act against popular products without any regard to existing brands in its platform.
Do you have any suggestion besides the ‘diverse, diverse, diverse’.
Should know, among others, if there is a point to continue shipping our inventory to FBA.
