We took these actions because you may have pre-charged a buyer for a purchase before you have fulfilled their orders

Hello and good day.

I received an email from Amazon this morning explaining that:

We closed your Amazon Pay account, canceled any pending transactions, and placed a temporary hold on any funds in your account. Any new accounts you open will be closed.

**We took these actions because you may have pre-charged a buyer for a purchase before you have fulfilled their orders. **

Any attempt to pre-charge a buyer before an order has been shipped or delivered is prohibited. Orders for physical goods are considered fulfilled when they are shipped. Orders for digital goods and services are considered fulfilled when they are delivered to the buyer.

I use amazon pay on my Shopify store. Customers are charged automatically by Amazon Pay, as soon as the customer enters there credit card information.

Im not sure of how we broke the rules, we do not mark the order as fulfilled, within Shopify, until the order has shipped. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.
