Valid MWS credentials provided, got AccessDenied error in app and Scratchpad

Dear MWS Support,

We filed a Support Ticket about 10 days ago, so far we have not heard from anyone. As this is an emergency, we’ve decided to post our problem here. (Case ID 5765301031)

We’re using valid MWS credentials we pull from our Pro Seller’s account, but kept getting Acess Denied error (Error 401). We tried the credentials in the Scratchpad too to no avail. It gave us the same error message. We are 100% certain all the credentials used are correct, as they’re freshly pull.

Because of the problem, we’re unable to use any FEED and have to do everything manually. This is unacceptable!

Please look into it and help us. Thanks!

We’re in the same exact boat over here. We have triple checked our credentials and even had them reset and tried again. We get the access denied error for every request. We opened a support ticket on February 5th and have gotten absolutely no where. They have not provided any valuable feedback yet. It’s throwing a huge wrench into our operations. We’re equally frustrated and annoyed.
