We’re new FBA sellers (not brand owners), and just wanted to ask — can we still get accepted into the Subscribe & Save program, even if we’re not enrolling products ourselves?

Like, if an ASIN is already in Subscribe & Save (set up by a brand owner), and we’re selling on that same listing, is it possible for us to apply so our offer also shows the S&S option when we win the Buy Box?

Appreciate any insight — just trying to figure out how this works for newer sellers like us!

Hi All,

My SPD FBA shipment FBA18VRH5490 was delivered on the April 1 and it has been more than 10 business days and this has has not been moved into "Receiving Status". I am not sure what is the issue and Amazon is replying that this shipment would only be eligible for investigation on June 1st which is unfortunate for us.

We have sent more SPD shipments on April 9th and all are currently being received in FBA centres. Just the shipment FBA18VRH5490 is not being received.

Hello Amazon Community,

I’m facing a serious issue for the past 20+ days and I really need support or guidance.

My buyer account t8tllcus@ gmail . com is on hold due to a payment verification issue. Whenever I try to log in, it says “your account is blocked,” and I can't complete any verification process.

This buyer account is linked to my seller account, and because of this block, I’m completely unable to access Seller Central to submit an appeal. My first appeal was already rejected because it was submitted through a child account, and I couldn’t access the main account due to the buyer account hold.

I have made more than 100 calls to both buyer and seller support teams, but I’m still stuck in the same loop. Every agent tells me that this issue is handled by a separate internal team, and that my case has been escalated to them. They keep saying I will receive an email with a link to complete the payment verification, but I’ve never received any email from that team.

I’m a small business owner and this is badly affecting my operations. I urgently need help from someone who can understand the full picture and guide me toward a solution.

if anyone in the community has faced this or has any advice, I’d really appreciate your support.

Wow, return is 90 days!

The item is Baby Figurine Statue, but return shows 90-days refund/replacement.

I opened a case, Amazon customer service said The products are considered to be baby item, so the return is 90 days. But the item is Statue, not for baby. We try to let them to change it, but they said it can't be changed. Case ID 17517342731

Please help me.

I have enlisted my first product under GENERIC status (With ASIN & GTN/UPC) . Now , I intend to move for getting TM & brand registry. Would anyone please precisely guide me can I apply for TM under ACTUAL USE ?. Moreover, if I have to apply under INTENT TO USE & get approval, will the same product be automatically changed from GENERIC to BRAND (As per proposed brand name ) ?. Or will it be better to delete this listing as I'm having no sales so far & re-enlist as BRAND , followed by the TM & brand registry process under ACTUAL USE ?.

Inventory Marked as Defective upon received

I send my inventory to FBA warehouse and they arrived on the 19th of March. Some how one of my ASIN are marked as defective upon arrived.

I understand that there would be damage during delivery to the FBA warehouse but ENTIRE ASIN unit are marked as defective???

This got to be some mistake. I try seller support and there nothing that they could do. Does anyone have any method of solving this?

Would appreciate if y'all could provide information on this

I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out with a sincere request for assistance regarding our CPC certification, which has been under review for over three weeks. We submitted all required documents promptly and our inventory is fully prepared for shipment, but the delay in certification approval is now impacting our launch timeline and operational plans.

We’ve proactively double-checked all submissions (including test reports ) and confirmed alignment with CPSC guidelines. This delay is causing significant logistical challenges, and we’d be incredibly grateful for any support to resolve this swiftly.
