It’s been over 7 days since our Buy Box has been suppressed due to a pricing error. Upon reviewing the situation, we’ve identified that Amazon’s system is likely comparing our bundled product to a different, non-equivalent listing on Walmart, which is causing the suppression.

Furthermore, we’ve noticed that other sellers on Amazon are currently offering similar bundles at prices higher than us, and their Buy Boxes are still active. This indicates the suppression may have been applied inconsistently.

I created many cases but issue is not resolved yet.

Dear Amazon Mod & Seller Community,

Hope all is well, we were hoping you can help us out regarding our seller account concerning Listing Policy Violations which shows as NO health impact and warning sent. Our account is not deactivated but under review since MARCH 22.

We have undergone video verification on MAR 26, 1:00 AM and everything went smooth after the call, as it seemed.

We were then asked to submit a couple of documents which we complied to immediately.

However, we keep on going in circles telling us that evaluation is in progress, then we are asked to submit the same set of documents again and after a couple of days, we get the same message that evaluation is again in progress, without being specific as to what exactly is missing.

Documents submitted are as follows:

- Valid ID proof document that includes the full name, date of birth, ID number, expiry date, signature of the bearer (if applicable), and country of issuance or country of citizenship. {document presented is US passport)

- Bank statement or credit card statement issued in the last 180 days, which includes the full name of the individual or the business, residential or business address, and bank information. (submitted bank statements showing purchases related to ASINs under review, which also matches corresponding supplier invoice)

-Business registration documents which includes the full name, address, signature, and mode of business. (Statement of LLC and Business have been submitted showing company name)

- Supply chain documents which includes invoices and receipts (merchandise are purchased from a local authorized distributor as reflected on invoices).

I made sure bank statement, supplier invoices and tracking, all reflect the ASINs under review, as follows:

-- ASIN : XXXXXXXXXX , Quantity : 1 ASIN : XXXXXXXXXX , Quantity : 1

All of our products are in FBA and are continuously being sold on Amazon; however, our funds are being withheld.

Kindly check if we need to wait for 90 days to have these funds released to us

I just got an email from AWD that said "AWD has detected issues with 2 SKU(s) in US that will prevent these SKUs from being replenished into FBA."

In the table listed.. the issue was "COVID19_LIMIT_EXCEEDED".

When I go into AWD's dashboard to look at the blocked SKU, it gave details: "This product has a maximum inventory level and exceeds the allowed quantity. View the maximum inventory level on the Restock Inventory page."

What does this even mean?

I am a new seller and want to know if stainless steel 304 water bottle requires FDA certification for selling on Amazon ? My supplier does not has FDA for its bottles .

or is there any other certification required for selling SS water bottles on Amazon.?

I shipped 3 units valued at over $1000 each into Amazon. These were case-packed (3 to a single case), and I personally added an Amazon barcode to each. However, zero were received and Amazon refuses to reimburse, stating "we did not receive all of the expected units" and that they "recommend I work with my carrier".

These units were:

  • The only 3 units in the case pack
  • Personally Amazon barcoded by me
  • Shipped in using an FBA Partnered Carrier (UPS)

I opened case 17391291451 on March 11th, and have asked repeatedly for an update, but I've been ignored for weeks. I provided an invoice for these units in that case.

Can someone please help?

Child ASIN separated from Parent ASIN

One of my child ASIN is separated from the Parent ASIN. I have not taken any action to do so.

Please tell me why it happened and how it can be regrouped to the current parent ASIN.

Related to this order... We have not and do not sell plants.

We cant request removal because it doesn't "Meet any of the criteria" but its pretty clear that this was just left for us by mistake. Can we please get some assistance in removing this feedback?
