Why doesn't Amazon do anything to counterfeit sellers? There is particular seller (not sure if I am allowed to share their page) who has like 30+ claims of counterfeit items (mostly for Nike). The seller has around 10 negative seller feedbacks claiming they received counterfeit items in just the past week! Why does Amazon allow these sellers to continue selling counterfeit items?

I have received a violation for a patent infringement.

• Patent Violation (Complaint ID: 17476857501) – Received on March 25. I immediately deleted the listing and appealed, but my appeal was denied. I don't believe my appeal was thoroughly reviewed.

I am being accused by a brand I never listed or sold. The complaint was filed by a different brand than the one I listed under. If you review the ASIN, you will see the mismatch. You will also see that the brand that accused me of this violation sells items that are significantly different than the type of product I listed, which makes it impossible for me to violate a patent. In addition I made ZERO sales on the ASIN, thus no profit from the item in question.

I strongly believe I have not violated any patent. I would appreciate any help in reviewing my appeal.

Please let me know how I can get you further information, such as the ASIN or the brand names associated with this claim.

My goal is not to re-list the ASIN, I just fear the unjust violation will result in the deactivation of my small account.

To ungate, we were told to provide an invoice from our distributor/manufacturer, within the last 180 days, of at least 200 units of the product. My question is, can the 200 units be the combined purchase from multiple invoices? We rarely buy more than 30 units from our distributor at a time given the price, so can we send in multiple invoices that, when added up, equates to 200+ units? These are all within the specified 180 day timeframe, but just wondering if more than 1 invoice to show the collective 200+ units is permissible. Thanks anyone for your assistance!

This feedback is not right, because we had made 100% full money back to buyer's original payment when buyer ask for refund(on 24th, March), (and we do not ask the buyer send back the items to us ). we had left words to buyer, but get nothing from buyer ,
