I’m reaching out here in the hope that someone can understand and help me, because I truly don’t know what to do anymore.
My seller account was deactivated due to a listing policy violation. The product in question was just a sticker that had a logo I didn’t realize was protected by trademark. I did not create the listing — I copied it from an existing one that was already on Amazon. I only sold 30 units, and after realizing the potential issue, I immediately deleted the listing.
After that, I received a Section 3 violation email from Amazon and was asked to provide a brand authorization letter. Since I didn’t have one, I contacted the brand directly, explained my mistake honestly, and submitted a sincere apology.
Fortunately, the brand accepted my apology, and I provided that communication to Amazon as part of my appeal. But despite this, Amazon continues to reject my appeal over and over again. I’ve tried multiple times and followed every step they asked for, but I’ve hit a wall.
I’ve put so much effort into my Amazon store — it’s my only source of income. Right now, I’m financially unstable and under extreme emotional stress. I don’t know what more I can do. I feel like I’m being punished for a mistake I’ve already owned up to and corrected.I dont know what should i do suicide or something else
Amazon is an amazing platform, and I have always respected its policies. I just need another chance. I’m pleading with the team to please review my case fairly and understand that I never had bad intentions.
To the seller community — if anyone has gone through something similar or has advice, please help me. I’m genuinely lost and desperate for guidance.
