My account was deactivated for 11 Months. It was deactivated last year, March 14, 2024, and reactivated this year, March 03, 2025. My concern is that when I tried to file a claim now the Amazon selling partner support always says that the claim was outside the window of 60-day eligibility reimbursement. How can I file a claim earlier if my account was deactivated? It was not written in the Amazon reimbursement policy that when you're account was deactivated, you cannot file a claim for the misplaced items of the Amazon FC. Amazon should evaluate the concern and not just base its policy; it should also consider the situation of the seller.

The Voice of the Customer Page shows all our ASINs along with the Star Rating.

1) Is there a report that shows how many Ratings an ASIN has? (not Reviews)

2) Why does the Star Rating shown on Voice of the Customer page not match what is shown on the Amazon listing? Also, why is it not downloadable from Voice of the Customer?

My store was suddenly and inexplicably deactivated, and I received a performance notice that I was associated with a store, but that store I didn't recognize at all and didn't even know what it was. I don't know what the association is either. Is there anyone who has encountered this situation and how to solve it please?

Hi everyone,

We’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with removal orders since December 2024. Several of our FBA items are stuck with the following message:

“Inventory in location that cannot process removals – please contact us.”

We’ve opened multiple cases with Seller Support (latest Case ID: 17429395091) and continue to receive only generic updates referencing "temporary storage locations" due to high return volumes. However, there has been no resolution or timeline for when removals will be possible again.

This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating, especially since we continue to pay monthly storage fees for inventory we’re unable to remove or manage properly.

We are simply asking to have the items relocated to a fulfillment center that allows removals.

Has anyone else faced this situation recently and found a solution or escalation path that actually works?

Any tips or shared experiences would be really appreciated.
