This won’t address any of the sales tax related risks. Some perceive FBA as having a nexus where the inventory is stored, which could be anywhere (and eventually could be everywhere).
With more recent Supreme Court decisions, even FBA is not the constraint. It is purely the amount of business you have with customers from the state. That is being called an economic nexus and was suggested to be 200 orders of $100K for any state.
You will need to wait, like everyone else, to find out what the states choose to legislate and then whether or not they are able to enforce it.
I expect that this might be enough of a shake up to force some more definitive action from Congress and the Senate.
