UPS USPS, why cannot amazon distinguish these 2 carriers？
for example, i made a removal order, amazon said it is shipped by USPS, But tracking is only valid under UPS ， tracking number starts with 1Z**************

I cant help with your specific issue, however their are several programs allowing for multiple shipping partners. A package can be shipped with UPS and final delivery with USPS. FedEx also has a similar program. They also have combination USPS and UPS return labels, It allows a customer to use one label but return though either service. Your issue might just be a typo. I have never gotten a tracking number with my removal orders but they always come UPS for me. Are you having problems tracking? is the package stuck? whats the real issue?

HI! It is likely being sent via UPS Smart Post so the tracking number is valid through UPS however USPS will actually deliver the package so they show USPS as the company.
