Upgraded to Professional and Now My Account is Inactive?

I recently upgraded to professional to jump start my Amazon selling business, but our account is still “inactive” in Canada and United States in the “Vacation Settings.” When I try to change it back to “Active” and click “Save” it does not work, it simply just goes back to inactive. No matter what I try to do I have not gotten word back from Amazon Support regarding this specific issue. Any suggestions?
