I received the following neutral feedback from a customer:

"Found item in a different place than normal."

I initially attempted to have this feedback removed, but was denied. I then submitted an appeal, which was automatically denied again.

The shipping for this order was purchased through Amazon, and the package was shipped on time and delivered on time. The buyer did not leave any notes on the order specifying where their “normal” delivery location was. I don’t understand why this feedback doesn’t meet the criteria for removal, as it clearly reflects an issue beyond my control and not something I could have prevented.

Can someone please help or provide their thoughts?

Did Amazon take away the opportunity for FBM sellers to get the buybox on books even though we have a professional plan and have good metrics? Can someone help me with this. When I call seller support I get some generic answer on how to win the buybox.

We are not brand registered via Amazon, but the brand is ours. We are getting 5461 error, and I have already submitted Selling Application but no luck.

Can someone simply let me know if brand registration is the only way to fix this issue?

Hello. Out of the blue my ability to send shipments to FBA got deactivated. This is what it says:

"Shipment creation has been temporarily deactivated

Your ability to create shipments has been temporarily deactivated. For more information, go to your Case Log."

The case log link takes me to all cases and there is nothing there that explains the issue.

I think its because my "coaching level is Elevated" due to 3 unexpected items found over the last months, taking my "Unexpected products in shipment" rate to 0.01 % which is the exact threshold.

Amazon, I really need help here as I have thousands of dollars ready to send in to FBA and 11 employees waiting for stuff to do at my warehouse. Thank you

A buyer placed 5 orders for a same item and then canceled 5 orders.

And left the negative feedback to one of the canceled order, claim we charged him/her for returns.

Amazon refuse to remove it.

Any mod can help?

My seller account has been inactive from the over a year, I am in the process of reactivating it but I am being requested to provide invoices for the last 365 day, I have not made any sales in within that time period and do not have the invoices to provide, what can i do?

Another day, another Amazon disaster. I guess pointy scissors jewelry is all the rage now for kindergarteners since my jewelry for ADULT WOMEN hairdressers has been removed and flagged as "children's jewelry."

What's next? Will they start flagging wine glasses as children's products???

After 5 years, I woke up to find my ASIN hijacked to the brand name "YIERSAN"... and all AWD automatic shipments halted "as I need permissionto sell this product".

6th time this has happen to me in the last 2 years .....

SO, this morning, Ip opened a case with "seller support" and , within two minutes, I get a canned, template response.... "You cannot change brand name - you need to create a new ASIN"....which IS EXACTLY what just happened..... someone changed the brand name ! PS : My brand is registered in brand registry..... THIS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE ALLOWED.

seller support doesn't even read the emails.... for all the fees we pay, we get literally no support it seems.

Does anyone have any advice in expediting a solution..... ?

"We regret to inform you that between 15:00 UTC on November 13 and 13:00 UTC on November 14, 2024, some of your product prices were deleted due to a technical anomaly. As a result, your listings were removed from sale. "

After that my listing was messed Up, the counting of my reviews has changed. I am an Amazon registered brand owner, I am the only one that sells on the ASIN. All of my reviews are verified or with vine program.

I have a TOTAL of 33 reviews:

5 Stars: 27 total ratings, 24 with reviews. - Count by Amazon as 50%

4 Stars: 3 total ratings, 3 with reviews. - Count by Amazon as 8%

3 Stars: 1 total rating, 1 with review. - Count by Amazon as 7%

2 Stars: 1 total rating, 1 with review. - Count by Amazon as 18%

1 Star: 1 total rating, 1 with review. -Count by Amazon as 17%.

So, how can 27 reviews count as much as 50 percent and 1 review count as 17 percent???

I've made a case on 15 November, a case that was transferred . Its more that a week and NO ANSWER.

My items are on FBA, I've paid for vine program, I've paid to send to FBA inventory, I paid and pay FBA storage , and from that day no sells- my product page shows only 3.6 Stars instead of real count of 4.4 Stars that was before. I can't make a prime exclusive discount because of the rating.

I really don't know what to do.
