TransparencyCode not updating


We’re submitting a TransparencyCode but it’s not showing when we look at the order detail. The request is accepted as the tracking number had been updated for the order. Any ideas?

TransparencyCode isn’t part of the order details response.

The only information regarding this would be part of the ListOrderItems which lists which item requires a transparency code.


This is orderfulfillment, not getting order details.


You said that you submitted the transparency code but couldn’t see it updated on order details. But order details doesn’t have that information unless you are talking about the order details in Seller Central.


Yes, if we pull up the order in Seller Central it doesn’t show the code we passed. The track # is there and we know the feed was accepted.


Transparency code is item specific and quantity specific. I don’t think that it’s supposed to show up in Seller Central.


There is a link in seller central for transparency code for the item. When you click it, the entry field is blank. I’d expect it to show the code that we had passed.


I would open a support case if that’s the case.
