I will assume that Amazon does not have any customer support system which means that my only method of getting any information is through this medium (forum) . I have been trying to get help from Amazon for months and cannot get any response for what on the surface should be a simple matter. This will be the 4th time today that I've tried. I am going to display my last attempt at solving with Amazon Chat as that approach also lead me into an endless loop and countless disconnects. Is there actually anyone at Amazon or on this forum that that can help as I would like to utilize my still active accounts?

I pulled my credit card info from Amazon because they are trying to go into my bank and pull a large sum of money 2K+
I was selling a supplement product and stopped selling it roughly 6 months prior to Amazon pulling it from their store.
But then out of the blue Amazon tried to reverse a bunch of very old sales and pull the money for that from my bank.
I would like to provide a new card info but am afraid that Amazon will automatically try to pull this very old sales money from my bank account. Can you help me?

Needless to say this has been ongoing for over a year and every time I try to solve it I end up getting kicked down the road with no solution in sight. The links he sent me in the chat just started this entire process all over again. Note how noone at Amazon is willing to even stay on and help me solve this as I just keep getting transferred.
