I’m still looking for details on which warehouse this is but I hope the workers are all okay. Edit: it looks like it’s STL4.
Police update stated it was the facility at Gateway Commerce Center Drive South. So yes it is STL4.
If you have shipments that have not left for STL4, you may want to hold them and contact seller support about your shipment status. If not using APC, you may want to contact your hired carrier and have the shipment returned/held/whatever, as they will most likely not be receiving it any time soon based on the images of the building.
Also check your inventory reports, and expect your products at STL4 to be moved into stranded status, just like the mold issue a few weeks ago at STL3.
Hopefully @SEAmod can provide an update as to the well being of the employees, and directives for sellers for what to do when things like this happen to FC’s.
I’ve been up watching the news on this. I hope everyone is ok. The band of storms looked pretty wicked on the map, cut a swath right across the grain belt of the country towards the appalachian mountains. Last I heard there was like 50 people trapped.
They have estimated that 50-70 lives were lost in Kentucky alone! from this 1 storm! That’s crazy!
Tornadoes are just so devastating. God Speed.
I just did a shipment plan right this minute and Amazon is having me ship the cartons to STL4. Wow! Can Amazon not reflect that STL4 is not operational and have the goods shipped somewhere else? I am deleting the shipment plan for obvious reasons.
Yesterdays thread got closed due to many flags.
