为什么把我的店冻结了?

前几年注册了一个亚马逊美国站的店铺,用了一些日子后暂停了运营,今年计划重新进行运营,上周登录上去,修改了店铺名及收款帐号,也许是我开了 VPN,使用过程中经常提示需要修改密码,于是我就修改了两次,下载了商品模板,还没上传商品。第二天再登录是,就提示帐号被冻结了。给 Amazon Seller Center 发了信息,也还一直都没回复,想问一下,店铺冻结的原因是什么,是我开了 VPN,IP 一直变化吗,还是其它的?我需要怎么做才能解除冻结?这里有了解相关信息的朋友吗,亚马逊商家服务团队可以快点给个回复么。

应该是亚马逊认为你不用心经营,所以冻结了。
