As we gear up for the holiday shopping season, let's take a moment to talk turkey—or maybe not turkey at all! I'm curious about your thoughts on Thanksgiving cuisine, and I want to stir the gravy boat a little.

Here's my burning question: What do you think is the most overrated Thanksgiving food item?

Is it the classic green bean casserole that always seems to have more mushroom soup than actual vegetables? Perhaps it's the cranberry sauce that comes out of the can with those distinctive ridges intact. Or maybe—dare I say it—you think the revered turkey itself doesn't live up to the hype?

For me, I'd have to go with stuffing. I've had just about every iteration of it I can find, and it all just tastes like soggy bread to me - I don't get it!

Hi guys, im trying to explain my situation using the e-mail I sent to Amazon as well. I do hope in some honest feedback and if that happened to any other person like me.

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to explain a situation I encountered

recently regarding my Amazon business.

In June of last year, I came across an Instagram advertisement for a service that

promised to manage an Amazon business. After applying and paying a fee to join this

program, the management company began adding products and handling the

operational tasks on my behalf. However, after several months, they ceased to upload

new products, prompting us to discontinue our partnership. Unfortunately, the company

lacked transparency in their operations; they requested payment for new inventory but

did not add the corresponding products to my Amazon store. During this time, I also did

not receive access to any receipts or invoices related to their services.

I do have documentation in the form of screenshots of the payments made for inventory,

which is alot, but i will be including only a few and just to clarify i DO NOT HAVE

RECEIPTS OF THE PRODUCTS.

Given the circumstances, I would like to inquire about the likelihood of reinstating my

account. If reinstated, I plan to manage the business independently moving forward.

I recognize that I made a significant mistake in this process by allowing someone to

work on my account on my behalf, and I am prepared to face the consequences. While I

can attempt to reach out to the management company for the required receipts, I am

doubtful that they will respond.

I am hopeful for a positive resolution and would greatly appreciate any guidance on how

I can work to regain your trust and access to my selling account, especially considering

that I am not a long-time Amazon customer.

Hello. 

I'm encountering difficulties in verifying my identity for the INFORM ACT. When I attempt to access the "Indeitity Verification(Reverify)" link in Account Health, I'm unable to find any option to submit documents for verification. 

Instead, it redirects me automatically to the "Case log" section, which hinders my ability to submit the necessary documents for identity verification. 

And my account seems already got deacitivated. I'm in urgent need of assistance regarding this matter.I have contacted the seller verification team several times and they keep telling me to follow instructions at account health page to upload documents. 

I have opened cases (16700291971 & 16610087171) on this issue asking for technical support and still waiting for the solution here.

Please HELP and advise if there are any other ways to submit the documents!

Hello community,

I want to share my frustration because my Amazon account was deactivated over two months ago. I’ve submitted all the required information multiple times, but it gets rejected without even being reviewed. Every time I call, I don’t get any clear answers, just automated messages or generic responses.

I invested all my money into this business, and now I’m bankrupt. I even took out loans to keep my operations going, and now I’m stuck without access to my funds or my account.

Amazon hasn’t just affected my business; it’s ruining my life. Has anyone gone through a similar situation? What can I do? Any advice or contacts would be invaluable at this desperate moment.

Hello

I deleted a listing from my dashboard but for some reason the listing is still live on Amazon.

I reached out to support MANY times and they just keep giving me the run around and saying someone else is currently selling on MY listing so that's why it can't be fully deleted from Amazon.

This is MY listing and the listing holds MY trademarks and intellectual property that I no longer want on Amazon. I no longer sell on Amazon. As of now seller support is refusing to delete this listing and thus using all my IP without my permission. I am a registered brand with a registered trademark. And the media used on the listing is my IP

Can someone from Amazon here please help with this? I am tired of getting nowhere with the historically useless seller support.

Deactivated Confirmed counterfeit

discussion.Our account was deactivated due to confirmed counterfeit product amazon acclaimed. The lines are very blurred in this case. We have 2 different cases going. We have 1 item that we had bought at a local approved distributor of a supplement (GNC). We literally sold one of these products 8 months ago. The item was delivered and recieved a positive review. The other product we provided a invoice for because they claimed that it was counterfeit. Amazon will not budge on this problem. They recommended I contact the 2 companies. I said of course. They even provided and email. I have written these 2 companies emails for the last 4 weeks. 1 on Monday and 1 on Friday to both companies. Not one single reply. So I Went out of my way to email there corporate offices. Explaining the situation. Amazon was pushing for me to talk to them about a retraction. So basically I'm getting punished from 2 companies because they do not want us selling there products. Which is fine . We would like to move on from them if that's the case. But saying our items are confirmed counterfeit after buying from there authorized dealer and providing an invoice. And it doesn't matter. Amazon has the most frustrating appeals process and alot of the time it doesn't even make sense. We are a small family business that built our own building for this amazon business and we are so dedicated to it. I have sent in so many appeals. I don't know if we will ever come back from this. Any suggestions. I'd like to add our account healthis 225. It's in the green. It's healthy.

I've akready gotten into the shipping doghouse with Amazon and they told me I have to enable SSA, so I did.

Recent order placed today, Sunday, must be shipped by Monday (we used to have option for 2-day handling on everything), me in DFW area, buyer in Miami and it requires ship by Monday and deliver by Wednesday Nov 27 based on UPS Ground. It has a little informational "i" which, when clicked, says "You will find the shipping service that was used to generate the delivery promise for this order. You are not required to ship with this specific shipping service, but it is expected that you will use one of the shipping services you enabled on your Shipping Settings Automation shipping template that can meet the delivery promise for this order."

My SSA has:

"Ship-from locations: 75115

Preferred carriers: USPS,UPS,FedEx

SSA-enabled: Standard Shipping"

It doesn't use USPS for calculating transit time, and thus requires earlier delivery. Why?

When I look at all shipping options, I get:

"USPS USPS Ground Advantage (1 - 70 lb)  Late Delivery Risk Mon, Dec 02 $9.05

USPS USPS Priority Mail®  Late Delivery Risk Tue, Dec 03 $9.42"

Trying both to save money (As UPS Ground is more for 2 pound package) and sav my generic boxes and use up my Priority Mail boxes as I don't normally use them anyway.

I noticed over the past couple months Amazon has stated that reimbursements are now automatic.. but I have yet to see this in action. Actually, I noticed we now have to upload an additional document: proof of delivery.

What's even more confusing is they are asking for this on an order from AWD to FBA. How do I go about finding proof of delivery for these shipments?
