Edit: I reached out to Amazon support through chat, but they just keep passing me off to the next "specialist" and I basically get the same answer. "After a review, we've determined that the attribute you would like to update for this ASIN has already been claimed by another representative of the brand." Yes, I realize someone or something hijacked my listing and changed the brand name. I would like to change it back to the correct brand name and be able to send more inventory.

I created this listing many years ago and haven't had any issue sending inventory until now. I tried to send a shipment, and now I get this error message and I can't send anymore inventory:

Your product requires approval to sell. Learn more.

Someone changed the brand from the correct and original one (One Village Trading, LTD) to JNAB. This is a brand new account and they sell auto parts. My product is a set of decorative magnets.

WHEN WILL THE DISBURSEMENT TEAM START DOING ITS JOB?

ON NOVEMBER 15TH, I HAD A VIDEO INTERVIEW TO RELEASE MY FUNDS. IT WAS SHARED THAT THE FINAL DECISION WOULD BE NOTIFIED TO ME WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. EVEN IF MORE THAN 45 DAYS HAVE PASSED, THE ONLY RESPONSE I HAVE RECEIVED IS: WAIT! ISNT THIS BANDITZINESS? I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS, BUT WHEN IS THE DISBURSEMENT TEAM THINKING OF DOING THEIR JOB? WHICH PLATFORM SELLER COULD VICTIMIZE THIS MUCH? Yes, I know there have been other threads with this problem.

Units of this ASIN had pending Long-Term Storage Fee charges and were removed before the LTSF charge. Your ability to send in more units of this ASIN has been limited.

Here are a few questions to go with this.

How do you find out When the 90 days is up? How do i find out the date?

I can't remember when it was, but I do remember that one day, amazon sent me the ONE piece back, instead of just charging me the LTSF, which i would have gladly paid since that one item has been my Top sellers for 2-3 Years.

Also, it appears that they did this with a couple of other items of mine, #3 and #4 Seller.

So, My Holiday sales really got screwed on this LTSF deal, which by the way, I always paid in past years. So, I guess I must have missed the memo on LTSF.

Which brings me to my next question, I do I setup where instead of them sending an item back, I could just Pay the LTSF? because having this trigger tis return on ONE item, stopped me from sales.

Any help would be appreciate, as I do not want this to happen again This year.

I have a product with a 4.7 rating from 106 reviews.

Customer leaves a 1 star review, my rating goes down to 4.4 (107 reviews)

Then another customer leaves a 5 star review, my rating stays at 4.4. (108 reviews).

The customer that left the 1 star review has a review history of 3 items, all 1 star reviews. The customer that left the 5 star rating has 14 reviews with a variety of ratings. But Amazon will give more weight to the customer who has reviewed 3 things total and left them all 1 star reviews. Fine, that's not even what I'm complaining about.

The customer that left the 1 star review removed it when I refunded them. So now I'm at 107 reviews with a rating of 4.6. That means I lost 0.1 from a 5 star review?? When that 1 star customer removed their review, I should have gone up to where I was (4.7), but then I also have a new 5 star review so my total should be at least 4.8 now. Instead it's down to 4.6.

A 5 star review made Amazon LOWER my product rating???

THIS MAKES NO SENSE

Hello I am trying to access my account to close it as I keep getting charged 41.87 a month but not selling anything. I keep getting this error "We are not able to charge your account. I keep trying to update my payment cards but its not taking any cards and keeps saying this

I’m reaching out regarding an issue I encountered with the Combined Sales Tax Report. When I generated the report from the system, I noticed that a single Order ID appears multiple times. As a result, the total amount reflected is higher than the actual sales, which has caused significant confusion.

You’re currently unable to add or edit listings because either the credit or debit card on file is invalid or it is in the process of validating, which could take up to 24 hours. Ensure that you have a valid credit or debit card uploaded in Account Settings.

Cut-off time for marking orders shipped?

New Seller here. I have set my handling time to 1 day. I ship the afternoon of the next business day, but I usually don't get to my office, where I would mark the order shipped on my desktop computer, until the evening. Can anyone tell me, must I mark an order as shipped by 5:00 P.M. on the next business day, or can I mark it shipped at any time on the next business day? (I have only my phone with me during the day, and a hand tremor makes it very difficult for me to input data on a phone.)

Has anyone figured out how to get you listing video to autoplay with hovering over it in a search result? I see this feature available for several sellers. I am not referring to sponsored video ads. I am brand registered and it works for a few of my listings but not all of them and I have no idea why. I have followed all the video guidelines and opened up 2 different cases with seller support and brand registry regarding this with no help. If anyone has had any luck, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
