I am sure that this does not belong here, but maybe someone from Amazon will see it and help me. I am paying for an Audible.com account, and cannot sign in. It says I have the wrong password, which is my Amazon password, but here I am, in Amazon, signed in with that very password. I cannot get help from support because you have to be signed in to get help from chat, by phone, or email. Even the help for “can’t sign in to my account” requires that you sign in to get help. Can someone from Amazon please post contact information for Audible here or can anyone else let me know if they are having problems. I hate paying for something that I cannot use. I can’t even cancel without signing in! Maybe it is just me, but it sure doesn’t make sense!
